Reservations/Contact

Reservations can be made with or without a credit card guarantee.  Particularly in the summer, however, we recommend that you place a guarantee on your rooms as this will ensure that we hold them for you all day and night.  (We don't run the credit card number when we receive it; instead, we'll hold it until the day of your arrival.)  

Please remember that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  This means that your credit card could be charged for one night if cancellations aren't made before 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations can be made in any number of ways--by phone, fax, or e-mail (see contact information below), however, if you plan on guaranteeing your rooms, please do not send credit card information via e-mail.  (E-mail isn't a secure way of sending such information.)

For our guests from overseas or outside of the U.S. who might find it difficult to contact us by phone or fax, please e-mail us your reservation dates and rooming requirements.  (We'll confirm your non-guaranteed reservation by sending you a confirmation e-mail in return.) We'll hold your reservations up until one day prior to your arrival date.  Next, assuming you'll land in the continental U.S. at least a day before you arrive in Fairbanks, you can call us then on our toll free number to guarantee the reservations with your credit card.
